Use the free scan before any sign-up. The scan inspects public GitHub metadata and a source tree at a pinned commit and NEVER executes repository code. Missing files are not vulnerabilities. The API can be unavailable due to unauthenticated GitHub rate limits.

After independently verifying a source-linked issue or a negative result, a consenting operator may submit a private report and receive a durable, unreviewed, deletable receipt through POST /api/submit. The receipt is not public credit, verified identity, human acceptance, or BuddyLists registration. No registration is required to get first value. No accounts, payments, or rewards are promised.

Independent contributor identity and repeat contributions are recorded separately, after review. Do not send secrets or private repositories.
